ALL products sold at Inspirational Zest by Carrie Stephens Art are Digital Downloads. 

Digital graphics and printable art require download to a device to print and create, use on a digital device and software such as procreate or photoshop to make a compilation or use within silhouette or cricut cutting software. 

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of my digital art, so first, there are some things that are your responsibility to make sure of prior to purchasing any of my digital downloads! 

• I have the necessary software and understand the difference between RASTER (PNG) and VECTOR (SVG)
  
  
• I am aware of the REFUND POLICY and TERMS OF SERVICE.
  
  
• I have read the TERMS OF USE to make sure I have the correct license to use these digital items the way I intend. 
  
  
• I am aware most files come in.ZIP FORMAT and I know how to unzip.

This license is a legal agreement.  By downloading digital product at InspirationalZest, you agree that all intellectual property remains property of Carrie Stephens Art and are agreeing to a single-user, non-transferable, license to use the files and images in accordance with the licensing terms.  

You may not sublicense, re-sell, rent, lend, give away, claim as your own or otherwise distribute Carrie Stephens Art graphics or files in any digital image collections without explicit extended licensing agreements that afford you the option to do so.

PERSONAL USE DETAILS

Personal / Non-Profit / Classroom / Charity

*Personal use is defined as any use where you are not making profit selling or giving away the items.

Some Examples of Personal Use: 

• Paper crafter: Scrapbook Pages, Art Journaling, Mixed Media, Hand-made Greeting cards or posters for your home not for sale.
• Party Décor: for a charitable event or any personal celebration.
• Classroom: Teachers creating lessons, decor, and activities for use within in their own classroom. (unless it is an independent paid class.)
• Die Cutting Machines: Making a t-shirt or home decor item for yourself or to give as a gift.

COMMERCIAL USE DETAILS

**READ FIRST***

My Digital Art must not be the CORE VALUE of your finished, for sale product, be extractable as a high-resolution graphic or sold on a Print on Demand platform. 

This license is for small business only; you must have a hand in the production OR physical representation of the product (like at a craft fair or your local shops), it does NOT extend to mass production, large corporations, or 3rd party art licensors, like selling on the walmart or amazon platforms.

CORE VALUE:  If you take away the art, will it still be a product?

A t-shirt is still wearable without the art, text is still readable without the pattern background paper applied to it, A journal is still writable, but a piece of clipart dragged onto a white background and sold or given away for free as printable wall art, would not be usable without my art.

Some level of effort or value must be included within anything you are giving away or selling. Please email me with any questions about licensing or for special reproduction licensing permission, I will work with you!

COMMERCIAL USE PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS

COLORING PAGES: Coloring pages are licensed for personal / gifting and non-profit classroom use only since they can't be transformed into a product that doesn't resemble mine.  If you wish to license these for a book or special project, you can contact me to work out special licensing details.

SVG FILES:  SVG cutting files are not to be offered in any digital format or used within PRINT ON DEMAND (POD) platform, hands on physical product creation ONLY!

SUBLIMATION PRINTABLES: Sublimation images are not for Print on Demand platforms, you may sell hard goods created by hands on production with these transfers within your small business following the license details / quantities listed below, but no 3rd party redistribution.

**If you are a seller of image transfers, I can work with you if you wish to sell the printed transfer sheet.  Please contact me and we can work out licensing arrangements.

FREE DOWNLOADS: My free downloads can be used for personal, not for profit use only, if you wish to use them for a commercial purpose, a license can be purchased!   Small independent creators helping support each other succeed is a beautiful thing. <3  

EXAMPLES OF COMMERCIAL USE:

• Teacher: Educational resources are allowed providing the images are not extractable from your finished product.  Movable resources are allowed with the purchase of an extended license on each product you wish to use in your resources.
• Blogger: logo, Decorative blog images (72dpi) that include text or overlayed on another image, printables -providing exceptions above are followed and the core value is not the images. (no stickers, svgs, or die cuts)  

LICENSING DETAILS

A free personal use license is only available on downloads that I have chosen to allow free personal use.  This is an excellent way for beginners to get started creating or test out and I am so happy to be able to do it because of the support for my paid products! <3
